FUZZY DOOR PRODUCTIONS: HOLIDAY PARTY

Role: Production Coordinator

For the 2024 Fuzzy Door Productions Holiday Party, my team transformed Nya West—a versatile, blank-canvas venue—into a breathtaking evening of enchantment. The private event featured stunning draping, dazzling decor, and a fully constructed stage to showcase a 60-piece live orchestra. Seven specialty bars surrounded the guests, including the show-stopping Polar Expresso—a fabricated train cart featuring espresso martinis. The evening's design also included a 20-foot hero-moment entry tree, a chic photo activation, and fully custom beaded light fixtures.

As one of three coordinators on this project, this larger-than-life experience allowed me to contribute to curating the vibe by purchasing decor, managing ground transportation for talent, on-site setup and breakdown, and more. Tray-passed appetizers, a live cigar station, and cozy outdoor fire pits surrounded by chic lounge vignettes to entice each guest. Every aspect of the event, from its flowing layout to thoughtfully planned activations, was curated to captivate every individual, spreading magical holiday cheer.
