LIONSGATE: THE HUNGER GAMES PREMIERE

Role: Production Coordinator

As a self-proclaimed Hunger Games franchise fanatic, producing the red carpet premiere of the highly anticipated prequel, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, was a career highlight. The premiere was held on Hollywood Boulevard, in front of the iconic Los Angeles TCL Chinese Theater, immersing guests, talent, and press alike into the dystopia that is Panem.

No detail was spared: Immersive actors lined the dimensional red carpet, a DJ played a set to enhance the experience, costumes from the film lined the walkway, and a bar served premium cocktails catered to guests as they entered the landmark theater, leaving a lasting impression on all who witnessed.

My role as the Production Coordinator on this project entailed the costume display logistics, managing graphic updates and print deadlines, food and beverage details, team travel, vendor payments, on-site coordination, and budget reconciliation.
